Services

ALCasa Studios ("we," "us," "our") provides web development, SEO strategy, and AI automation services for small businesses. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement prior to commencement of work.

Free Performance Audit

Our free website performance audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. The audit includes a brief video analysis of your current website's speed and SEO performance. Submitting a request for an audit does not constitute a contractual agreement for paid services.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is listed on our website and may change at any time. All project agreements will include confirmed pricing before work begins. Setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly subscription fees are billed on the first of each calendar month.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, designs, content, and assets created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Monthly Plans and Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, you retain full ownership of your website, code, and all associated assets. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning hosting and domain management to a provider of your choice.

Limitation of Liability

ALCasa Studios provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence in every project, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, lead volume, or search rankings. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
